Positive: チェックイン時の案内だけ親切だった。
Negative: 不潔なタオルが洗濯機の中に入っていた。部屋の清掃がされていなかった。コーヒーマシンが壊れていて滞在中に一度もコーヒーを飲めなかったし、スタッフは問題を解決してくれなかった。
