청소좀 하자 Positive: 시설이 좋음 Negative: 청소를 안함

Positive: замечательный персонал прекрасная обстановка. Всё чисто и аккуратно.

Pretty nice Positive: Amazing Hostel, friendly and comfortable vibe, everybody was really nice and got along. The check-in and getting to the room were pretty easy, and the staff online was available and provided all the information I needed. Great location, near the bus/train station.

Lack of communication. Positive: Everything was okay, except the communication. Negative: The communication. Normally they just ignore the messages of any requests or questions about the property through booking.com and WhatsApp, even before checking in and while staying. It is better to call through WhatsApp than sending messages. There's no reception and I didn't know who was the staff in that place, until one staff finally came to my room to sorted out the locker that I called thorough WhatsApp to ask for help. The locker is also the digital code type, not the padlock one. The problem is there was no any instruction how to change the code to lock so it was just the locker with no security. I liked the "self-service" way but please provide all information.
