Positive: The location. Negative: I HATED THE ROOM LOCK SYSTEM. It’s ridiculous.

Positive: Everything was great, clean, quiet and peaceful, staff were fantastic and very helpful Negative: Nothing, all good

Positive: The location. About a five minute walk from the drop off point for the bus from the airport and beside the train station. Negative: Outside the entrance five or six full huge bins of rubbish - old clothes/food etc. Just horrible. Creating a smell and a terrible intro to the building. They NEED to get rid of it

Great stay Positive: Wonderful staff, great facilities, quiet and peaceful Negative: I just think the female bathroom could be kept a bit cleaner

Positive: Très bonne atmosphere et convivial. Personnel extrêmement gentil. La cuisine/ lounge est top. Les chambre sont bien, neuves et propres. Negative: Il manque un petit peu d'équipements dans les chambres : étagère près du lit pour ranger quelques affaires, lumière au-dessus du lit, porte-manteau pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain,.. Le tout digital est parfait pénible. Il faut tout le temps avoir son portable avec soit. Même quand tu vas aux toilettes au milieu de la nuit ! Les poubelles devant l'entrée de l'immeuble ne sont pas très agréables.
