Great stay Positive: Wonderful staff, great facilities, quiet and peaceful Negative: I just think the female bathroom could be kept a bit cleaner

Positive: Très bonne atmosphere et convivial. Personnel extrêmement gentil. La cuisine/ lounge est top. Les chambre sont bien, neuves et propres. Negative: Il manque un petit peu d'équipements dans les chambres : étagère près du lit pour ranger quelques affaires, lumière au-dessus du lit, porte-manteau pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain,.. Le tout digital est parfait pénible. Il faut tout le temps avoir son portable avec soit. Même quand tu vas aux toilettes au milieu de la nuit ! Les poubelles devant l'entrée de l'immeuble ne sont pas très agréables.

Positive: The hostel has all the amenities you need, a shared kitchen, clean and new bathrooms and close to convenient stores. Negative: The location isnt the best, outside there is a lot of dumpsters, and unfortunatly the smell in my room was unbeareable from one person staying in the room that I think lived there.

Good stay in convenient location Positive: The hostel was very clean and comfortable, I also got lucky and a single room was given to me instead of a shared dorm because of some internal arrangements the staff had to do. Nice common area and quiet environment, also the location was perfect, very close to many main bus and tram stops. I had some issue with the online check-in which was not reflecting the change of dates in my booking and the staff via WhatsApp was very helpful. Negative: The support via booking for the check-in was not good, I had to repeat the same issue I was facing several times and was offered no solution. This was probably the check-in company support and not the hotel staff, so if you face any problem just send a message via WhatsApp to the hostel and they will happily help you immediately. The only thing I didn't like was that on saturday there was no cleaning service in the toilet so there was no toilet paper and tissues in the women's bathroom the whole day and still on Sunday Morning. But I believe this was just a case as everything was good the previous days.

Not a great place to stay Positive: The location was fair and the room was clean Negative: Everything was done electronically such as the key for the door was on your phone but the trouble was that the WiFi was quite bad so I had to use my own data all the time. They didn’t send me a message with the check in information so I couldn’t get in when I got there. There wasn’t a curtain on the window in my dorm and a streetlight was outside not to mention other apartments across the road so I had to put up a towel to be able to sleep and for privacy. The reason the place has a good rating is because they offer a free coffee from their machine if you give them a 10 star rating so this is deceptive and the place definitely doesn’t deserve such a high rating on Booking.com. Also one toilet on the floor for all those rooms is a joke. I had to use the men’s bathroom this morning as I couldn’t get into the women’s toilet
